Ethel Velma Poole, 79 of Lemoore passed away June 06. Mrs. Poole was born April 29, 1919 in Lemoore. She was a homemaker and farmer on the Island.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Floyd Poole; three daughters, Connie Akin of San Leandro, Florence White and Patricia Poole-Khatib, both of Oaklnd; four sons, Vernon Poole and Bruce Poole both of Oakland, Phil Poole of Marysville, and Donne Poole of Lemoore; two brothers Clarence Jones of Salinas and Harold Jones of Lemoore; 14 grandchildren, and eight grat-grandchildren and a host of relativies and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, 3 to 8 p.m. at Phipps-Dale Funeral Chapel in Lemoore. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 2 p.m. at the Phipps-Dale Funeral Chapel. Burial will folow at the Lemoore Cemetery.
