| This is a web site dedicated for the descendants of James (24 Dec 1864 ~ 29 Aug 1943) and Sarah Jones (09 Sept 1882/84 ~ 24 Dec 1961). James was born in
Newberry County, South Carolina and Sarah was born Salisbury, Rowan County, North Carolina. They were married in
1896 in North Carolina. The family settled in California sometime between Oct 1902 and Apr 1904, in what was called
"The Island"; now called Lemoore, Kings County California. James & Sarah had 16 children and more than 1000 descendants,
